From familiar paths to foreign trails, where ever lead, we want to reach, teach, and support pastors for Jesus Christ.

Our mission is develop a strong network of Godly servant leaders thru relevant, contextual and reproducible training.

In doing so, we hope to build healthy churches in every community in Liberia and in other West African countries.

In order for a ministry or a church to be healthy and on mission, its leaders must first be healthy.

Creating a network where pastors and ministry leaders can build relationships and working together is critical in that regard.

LEAD training fundamentals.

How to LEAD.

We believe that servant leaders are born out of authentic, Christian humility and are empowered by the Holy Spirit. We also believe, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”— Mark 10:45

We seek to reinforce this principle in all of our training ciriculum and conferences.

How to Pray and PREACH.

We believe church leaders must know how to pray and preach, develop a heart and passion for outreach, set an example of holiness and Godliness, and develop spiritual discipline. It also teaches how to love and care for their own church communities. "One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts." — Psalm 145:4

How to Stay the course.

How TO Have a Deeper Walk.

We believe helping church leaders find a deeper, more intimate walk with God is a foundational for ministry. “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”— 2 Timothy 2:2.

Our conferences help instruct the church community on how to break away from the pressure of limited finances, how money matters from God’s perspective, and how sustainability skills can undergird ministy efforts. “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’"— Matthew 25:21
